Welcome back to the Adventure Reignition Podcast! After taking a break in 2023, I reflect on the identity crisis and creative burnout experienced in the past. The episode delves into the decision to step away from the coaching and personal development world, realizing the toxicity it brought me (while still believing in the good it can bring while consumed mindfully). In this episode I share personal growth experiences through adventure, emphasizing the importance of self-exploration.
The episode recounts a transformative journey in 2023, involving a shift in career, a biking adventure across Switzerland, and a renewed focus on creativity. I share the challenges faced in a toxic work environment at the beggining of the year 2023 and the supportive role of my girlfriend in reigniting my passion for adventure.
Looking ahead to 2024, the podcast aims to integrate my various passions into content creation, focusing on sustainability and creativity. Goals include incorporating short-form videos on Instagram, conducting interviews with individuals in the adventure industry, and embracing content creation as a lifestyle.
I am quite excited the upcoming podcast and creative journey. The overarching theme for 2024 is to focus on the journey itself, rather than setting rigid goals.
