How come I can be so lazy and have zero discipline and zero willpower? But at the same time, I can run for ten, 20, 30 hours in a row, 100 hours, even being incredibly tired and thirsty and hungry and whatever you want and not quit and keep going. If I'm so lazy, I could just just quit. And I and I struggle for years trying to understand what's the difference.

And it's not just motivation. Sometimes we say, oh, is the motivation. That's just not enough. And and that's how I put my finger on it. And, and realized, yeah, it's a matter of commitment. Whatever I'm committed to truly I can do and I can I can really move mountains and move across mountains as well. Specifically for me. But if I'm not fully committed, there's there's no way it could be something as easy as, you know, turning off my phone at 11 or just getting out of bed at 7 a.m. in the morning, even at eight.
